音声認識と文章の整形は、既定でこの端末の中だけで動作します。初期状態で使用するのは Apple のオンデバイス音声認識・オンデバイス整形だけで、音声も文字も端末の外に出ません。会議の録音も同じです。
クラウドの認識・整形は任意の機能です。設定の「上級設定 →クラウドエンジン・APIキー」でクラウドのエンジンを選び、かつその送信先への同意をいただいた場合に限って、第3-5項・第3-6項の送信が行われます。どちらか一方でも欠けていれば送信は起きません（同意がなければ、クラウドを選んでいてもオンデバイスで処理します）。
設定の「プライバシーモード」をオンにしている間は、クラウドを選び同意していても送信を止め、すべて端末の中だけで処理します。
インターネットに接続していなくても、オンデバイスの文字起こしはそのままお使いいただけます。
本アプリは、文字入力機能の提供を目的に次の情報を処理します。いずれも端末内に保存し、当方のサーバーへ収集することはありません（当方はサーバーを持ちません）。端末の外へ出る場面は第3項にすべて挙げます。

当方のサーバーへ送信されることはありません（当方はサーバーを持ちません）。第三者の AI サービスへは、お客様が内容を確認して同意し、クラウドを有効にした場合に限って送信されます（第3-5項・第3-6項）。次の場面では端末の外へデータが出ます。該当するものをすべて挙げます。
有料機能のご契約が有効かどうかを確かめるため、App Store（Apple）と通信します。ここで扱われるのは Apple のアカウントとご契約の状態で、音声・文字・辞書の内容は一切含まれません。この通信は設定の「プライバシーモード」をオンにしていても行われます（プライバシーモードは音声や文字を外へ出さないための設定であり、ご契約の確認を止める設定ではないためです）。
設定の「iCloudで同期」をオンにすると、辞書・定型文（スニペット）・カスタムモードを、同じ Apple ID の端末どうしで同期します。保存先はお客様ご自身の iCloudで、当方には届きません。録音・書き起こしは同期しません。既定はオフです。
いずれもお客様がボタンを押したときだけ動きます。渡した先での取り扱いは、その相手のポリシーに従います。
本アプリのデータ（録音履歴・書き起こし・会議の文字起こし・辞書・定型文・設定）は端末の保存領域に置かれるため、iCloud バックアップやパソコンへのバックアップに含まれます。入る先はお客様ご自身の iCloud、またはバックアップを取ったパソコンで、当方には届きません。バックアップに含めたくない場合は、iOS の設定からこのアプリのバックアップをオフにしてください。
設定の「上級設定 → クラウドエンジン・APIキー」で認識エンジンに ElevenLabs Scribe を選び、かつ「音声を ElevenLabs に送りますか？」に同意をいただいた場合に限り、次のものが ElevenLabs（ElevenLabs Inc.・米国）の api.elevenlabs.io へ送信されます。

2026年8月まで、辞書に登録した語を「認識のヒント」（keyterms）として一緒に送っていました。効きめを確かめられないまま、ご登録のお名前などが話題と関係なく毎回送られていたため、送るのをやめました。辞書は、書き起こしが返ってきたあとに端末の中で適用されます。
設定の「上級設定 → クラウドエンジン・APIキー」で整形エンジンに Claude を選び、かつ「文章を Anthropic に送りますか？」に同意をいただいた場合に限り、次のものが Anthropic（Anthropic PBC・米国）の api.anthropic.com へ送信されます。会議の「議事録にまとめる」「全文を読みやすく整える」も、お客様がボタンを押したときに同じ送信を行います。

録音履歴は設定「履歴の保存期間」（日数・「ずっと」も可）に従い、期間を超えた分は起動時に自動削除されます。履歴画面から1件ずつ、または「すべて削除」でまとめて消すこともできます。会議の文字起こしは履歴とは別の場所に保存され、新しい方から10件までが残ります（「保存した会議」の一覧から削除できます）。辞書・定型文・カスタムモード・設定・統計も端末内にあり、各画面から編集・削除できます。
本アプリをアンインストールすると、端末内のデータはすべて削除されます。当方のサーバーには、そもそもお客様のデータがありません。
クラウドへの送信に同意したあとでも、いつでも取り消せます。アプリの設定 → プライバシー → 「外部AIへの送信」を開き、送信先ごとに「同意を取り消す」を押してください。取り消したその時点から送信を止めます（作成中の全文整形も中止します）。ElevenLabs と Anthropic は別々に管理でき、片方だけ取り消すこともできます。
この画面はAPIキーの登録や有料のご契約がなくても開けます。設定の「プライバシーモード」をオンにしても、同意の状態はそのままに送信だけを止められます。
すでに各社へ送信済みのデータの削除・開示については、お客様と各社との間の契約に基づき、各社の窓口へご請求ください（当方は各社にお客様のデータを保有していません）。ご不明な点は第7項の連絡先へお問い合わせください。
データを第三者に販売しません。広告表示なし、アプリ・ウェブをまたぐトラッキングなし。第三者の解析・広告・トラッキング SDK を組み込んでいません。お支払いは App Store（Apple）が処理し、クレジットカード番号などの決済情報を当方が受け取ることはありません。
第三者への提供は、お客様が同意して有効にしたクラウド機能（第3-5項・第3-6項）に限られます。これはお客様ご自身の APIキーによる、お客様の端末から各社への直接の送信であり、当方が仲介・保管することはありません。
本アプリはお子様を対象としません。App Store との通信は Apple の仕組みにより保護されます（ただしインターネット送信・保管の安全性を完全には保証できません）。法令変更・機能追加に応じて本ポリシーを改定することがあり、重要な変更はアプリ・公開ページで告知します。第三者の AI サービスへ送信する機能を追加・変更する場合は、本ポリシーを改定したうえで、送信先ごとに、最初の送信より前にアプリの画面で同意をいただきます（開示の内容を実質的に変更したときは、すでに同意された方にも改めて同意をいただきます）。本ポリシーは日本法（個人情報保護法/APPI を含む）に準拠します。現時点の配信地域は日本を予定しており、将来 GDPR・CCPA 等の対象地域を含める場合は当該法令に応じた開示を追記します。

Speech recognition and text formatting run on your device by default, using Apple's on-device recognition and on-device formatting. Out of the box nothing you say or type leaves the device, and meeting recording works the same way.
The cloud engines are optional. Transmission under sections 3-5 and 3-6 happens only if you select a cloud engine in Settings → "Advanced → Cloud engines and API keys" and you have consented for that recipient. If either is missing, nothing is sent — without consent the app falls back to on-device processing even when a cloud engine is selected.
While "Privacy Mode" is on, transmission is stopped even if you have selected a cloud engine and consented; everything is processed on the device.
On-device transcription works without an internet connection.
The App processes the following to provide text-input functionality. All of it is stored on your device, and none of it is collected on our servers (we operate no server). Section 3 lists every case in which data leaves your device.

Nothing is sent to our servers (we operate no server). Data is sent to a third-party AI service only if you have reviewed the disclosure, consented, and enabled the cloud (sections 3-5 and 3-6). Data leaves your device in the following cases. This list is exhaustive.
The App communicates with the App Store (Apple) to check whether your subscription is active. This involves your Apple account and subscription status only, and contains no audio, no text, and no dictionary content. This request still happens while "Privacy Mode" is on, because Privacy Mode governs whether your audio and text leave the device, not whether your subscription can be verified.
If you turn on "Sync with iCloud", your dictionary, snippets, and custom modes are synced between devices signed in to the same Apple ID. They are stored in your own iCloud and never reach us. Recordings and transcripts are not synced. This is off by default.
All of these run only when you tap them. What happens at the destination is governed by that destination's own policy.
The App's data (recording history, transcripts, meeting transcripts, dictionary, snippets, settings) is stored in the app's container, so it is included in iCloud backups and in backups made to a computer. Those backups go to your own iCloud or your own computer and never reach us. If you would rather exclude them, turn off backup for this app in iOS Settings.
Only if you select ElevenLabs Scribe as the recognition engine in Settings → "Advanced → Cloud engines and API keys" and you have answered yes to "Send your audio to ElevenLabs?", the following is sent to ElevenLabs (ElevenLabs Inc., USA) at api.elevenlabs.io.

Until August 2026 we also sent your dictionary entries as recognition hints (keyterms). We stopped: we could not confirm any benefit, while names you had registered were being sent on every recording regardless of the topic. Your dictionary is now applied on your device, after the transcript comes back.
Only if you select Claude as the formatting engine in Settings → "Advanced → Cloud engines and API keys" and you have answered yes to "Send your text to Anthropic?", the following is sent to Anthropic (Anthropic PBC, USA) at api.anthropic.com. The meeting actions "Summarise into minutes" and "Make the full text readable" perform the same transmission when you tap them.

Recording history follows the "History retention" setting (a number of days, or "Forever"); anything older is deleted automatically at launch. You can also delete entries individually or use "Delete all" in the history screen. Meeting transcripts are stored separately from history and the 10 most recent are kept (they can be deleted from the "Saved meetings" list). Your dictionary, snippets, custom modes, settings, and statistics are also on your device and can be edited or deleted from their respective screens.
Uninstalling the App removes all of its data from your device. We hold no data of yours on any server.
Once you have consented, you can withdraw at any time. Open Settings → Privacy → "Sending to external AI" in the app and tap "Withdraw consent" for that recipient. Transmission stops from that moment (any full-text formatting in progress is cancelled too). ElevenLabs and Anthropic are managed separately, so you may withdraw only one of them.
This screen opens without an API key and without a paid subscription. Turning on "Privacy Mode" also stops transmission while leaving your consent state untouched.
For deletion or disclosure of data already sent to each company, please contact that company directly under your agreement with them (we hold none of your data at those companies). If you have questions, use the contact in section 7.
We do not sell your data. No advertising, and no tracking across apps or websites. The App contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. Payments are handled by the App Store (Apple); we never receive your card details.
Disclosure to third parties is limited to the cloud features you have consented to and enabled (sections 3-5 and 3-6). Those are direct transmissions from your device to each company using your own API key; we neither intermediate nor store them.
The App is not directed at children. Communication with the App Store is protected by Apple's own mechanisms (although no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure). We may revise this policy as laws change or features are added, and will announce material changes in the App and on this page. If we add or change a feature that transmits to a third-party AI service, we will revise this policy and obtain your consent in the app, per recipient, before any such transmission occurs (if the substance of a disclosure changes, we ask again even from people who consented before). This policy is governed by the laws of Japan (including the APPI). The App is currently intended for distribution in Japan; if distribution expands to regions covered by the GDPR, CCPA, or similar laws, disclosures required by those laws will be added.
